We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the spacious room with a balcony offering breathtaking views, comfortable bed, tasty breakfast and dinner, and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located near main attractions and shopping areas, with easy access to transportation.

Great view and convenient location for nearby attractions, staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop dining area had a nice ambiance and provided a scenic backdrop for meals.

Our room was not well-maintained and had a number of issues that detracted from the experience. the furnishings were old and outdated, the bathroom was unclean and poorly maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the room was uninviting.

The balcony in our room at Bella Heights was absolutely stunning. We were able to enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the natural beauty of the area. Despite a couple of minor issues, our stay was enjoyable and memorable.
